I have been a certified Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) at Rain Wellness since 2015, where I’ve had the pleasure of helping countless individuals achieve physical balance and mental tranquility. My journey into wellness began with a strong foundation in Psychology, which I pursued at Cornell College, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree with an emphasis in health. I believe in a holistic approach to well-being, where mental and physical health go hand-in-hand.

In addition to my yoga teaching, I have a diverse career background in human resources and administrative management. With over 10 years of experience as an Office Manager and Human Resources Specialist, I have developed a keen eye for organization, a strong sense of responsibility, and a deep understanding of interpersonal dynamics. My professional journey has equipped me to take on challenges, manage multiple priorities, and ensure excellence in every task I undertake.
